Here at Holly Lane, we are not 100% satisfied until you are. We want you to love your Holly Lane piece and wear it for years to come! We offer free ring exchanges and easy returns for jewelry in new condition for up to 90 days.

The ring I ordered doesn’t fit. Can I get a different size?

Of course! Submit a Free Ring Exchange Request here. We will gladly exchange it for a different size at no additional cost with free shipping here and back again.

The chain I ordered is too short, can I exchange it?

Yes! To request a return enter your order information in our Return Center. Select to receive a gift card credit. Once your return has been processed you can purchase a new chain at your desired length.

My jewelry needs repair, can you fix it?

Regardless of when you ordered it, if you have a Holly Lane piece that is in need of repair, we will gladly repair the original piece. To request a repair, please fill out our Repair Request.

Returning a gift?

We want you to love your Holly Lane jewelry! If you've been gifted Holly Lane but would like something else from our collection, please send us a message. Don't worry, whoever gave it to you won't be notified!

Where do I enter the discount code?

On your desktop computer:

Enter your discount code on the right hand side under your order total in the “gift cards or discount codes” field. Be sure to click “Apply”. Your discount will show in your order total summary. 

On your mobile phone:

Tap "Show order summary" to expand the section and enter in the “gift cards or discount codes” field. Be sure to click “Apply”. Your discount will show in your order total summary. You will also find this same section under the “Payments.”

I forgot to enter the discount code, can I still get the sale price?

If you forgot to enter the discount code on your order, and the current promotion is still valid, please reply to your order confirmation and we will be happy to credit you for the amount you would have saved. So we can best serve you, please only send one email, we will be sure to reply within 1-2 business days.

Price Adjustment Policy

If you have just purchased items at full price and they are now offered with a discount, we will gladly offer you a one-time price adjustment if requested within 2 days of your original purchase date. To request a one-time price adjustment, please contact us via our contact form within your 2-day window. Credit will be returned in the form of original payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your credit to be applied back to your account.

How does your rewards program work?

You can earn points to redeem for coupons, and be entered into our exclusive newsletter where we offer occasional deals and offers just for our rewards members! If you have an account with us, then you are automatically enrolled in our Little Bird Rewards program. If not, you can create an account here and start earning points for your purchases! How Your Jewelry Will Arrive

 

Holly Lane Collection

A Holly Lane Collection piece is any piece with a Story Card. Pendants, Charms, and Necklaces on a chain will arrive in a drawer style box with the Story Card enclosed. Bracelets will arrive in a suede pouch placed inside a drawer style box with the Story Card enclosed. Rings will arrive in a suede pouch with Story Card enclosed

Accessories

Accessories are items without a Story Card. Sterling Chains will come in a square navy envelope on a jewelry card. Bead Drops, Extender Chains and Pendant Clasps will be placed in a small glassine pouch.

Does every piece come with a Story Card?

Almost every piece has a correlating Story Card that can be seen on the product page. If a Story Card is not shown on the product page then that piece is an accessory and does not come with a Story Card. Click here to shop by Story Card.

How do I clean my Holly Lane jewelry?

You can keep your Holly Lane pieces bright and beautiful with our easy to use polishing cloths and buffing squares to restore your Holly Lane heirlooms to their original gleam.


Process & Quality

Who makes the jewelry?

I do! I (Tiffany) design each piece by hand in our studio in Central Virginia. Next, molds are taken of the original piece which are then cast in sterling silver. Once they’re back, our team finishes the piece by beading and shining it to perfection. See our video on How It's Made and read how I got started here.

Is Holly Lane made in the USA?

Holly Lane Jewelry is made in the USA, in our studio in the heart of Virginia.

Does Holly Lane jewelry contain nickel?

While our sterling is an alloy of fine silver and a second metal, there is a potential that brass, copper or nickel may be used to help strengthen the silver. The sterling silver we use contains .925 fine silver and .075 copper.

Where does your inspiration come from?

I draw inspiration from many sources to keep me fresh and creative! Scripture, conversations with others, and personal experiences.

Can I special order a different necklace length or bracelet width?

To order a different length or width, please contact us before placing your order. Additional fees may apply and we can not guarantee all changes will be made.


Giving Holly Lane as a Gift

If I'm sending a gift, what does that look like?

If you have added gift wrap to your order, we will hand wrap your gift in gold-flecked tissue with a beautiful ribbon. Our hope is that your loved one will know just how special they are when they open their gift from you.

Keep it a Surprise

Know that if you've added gift wrap to your order, we'll be sure to include the gift receipt in an envelope made to help keep your gift a surprise so they can enjoy the gift you're giving.
